This Privacy Policy describes how Pintarai, operating the Aitext platform ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, processes, and shares information in connection with the provision of our B2B Aitext services. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Our Role as a B2B Service Provider

Aitext provides software solutions that allow businesses (our "Clients") to manage customer communications. In this capacity:

    - Our Clients are the "Data Controllers" of the messages and information sent by their end-customers.

    - We (Pintarai) act as the "Data Processor," processing messaging data strictly on behalf of our Clients to power our dashboard, automation, and chatbot features.

Information Collection

We collect information to provide and improve our services. This includes:

1. Client Account Information:
When a business integrates with our platform, we collect information required to facilitate the service, including business names, contact information, and Meta access tokens necessary to manage your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) assets.

2. Messaging Data (Processed on behalf of Clients):
To enable our messaging interface and chatbot functionalities, our servers temporarily process and store the contents of inbound and outbound messages, media files, and associated metadata routed through the official WhatsApp Business Platform.

3. Automatically Collected Information
We may collect certain information automatically when you use our web interfaces, such as device information, IP addresses, and usage patterns. This information is collected to improve the performance and functionality of our services.

Use of Information

We use the collected information solely for the following purposes:

1. Service Provision:
To authenticate your Meta Business Portfolio, manage your WhatsApp Business Account settings as authorized, and route your messages via the official WhatsApp Cloud API.

2. Analytics & Improvement:
We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes to understand how users interact with our platform and to improve our software infrastructure.

Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your information to outside parties. Data is only shared:

   - With Meta Platforms, Inc. as required to facilitate the WhatsApp Business Platform integration.

   - When required by law or to respond to legal process.

Data Security

We take reasonable, industry-standard measures to protect the information we process against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is entirely secure.

WhatsApp Business Platform Integration

Our Aitext services operate using the official WhatsApp Cloud API and WhatsApp Business Platform. We act as an authorized Tech Provider. We utilize secure OAuth flows (Embedded Signup) to obtain explicit permission to manage your WhatsApp Business assets. We strictly adhere to the Meta Commerce Policies and WhatsApp Business Messaging Policies.

Data Retention and Deletion

Clients retain full control over their data and their connection to our application.

    - Revoking Access: Clients can revoke our platform's access to their Meta Business Portfolio at any time directly through their Facebook Business Integration settings.

    - Data Deletion Requests: Clients may request the complete deletion of their account, including all associated messaging logs, Meta access tokens, and stored media, by contacting us at sales@pintarai.com. Upon verified request, we will purge the associated data from our active databases within 30 days.

Limitation of Liability

While we take reasonable steps to ensure the privacy and security of information, Users are responsible for ensuring their own messaging practices comply with WhatsApp's terms of service and policies. We cannot be held accountable for any consequences, including WhatsApp account restrictions or bans, resulting from a Client's violation of Meta's messaging rules.

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or within the Aitext interface.
