At Aitext, we respect your right to request deletion of personal data that we hold. This page explains how to submit a data-deletion request.

Please include the following details so that we can identify and verify your request:
To protect personal data from unauthorized access or deletion, we may ask you to verify your identity or your authority to make the request before we process it.
If you communicated with a business through its WhatsApp chatbot, that business is usually responsible for the customer information and conversation data it collects. We recommend contacting the business directly first.
You may also contact Aitext using the email above. Please include the business name and the WhatsApp number you contacted so we can review the request and assist where Aitext is responsible for processing the data.
After verifying your request, we will review the information associated with it and delete personal data that Aitext is responsible for processing, unless we are required or permitted to retain certain information for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Deletion may include account-related information, stored chatbot information, and conversation data held by Aitext, where applicable. Deletion of data held directly by Meta, WhatsApp, Google, or another third-party service is governed by that provider’s own policies and deletion tools.
Deleting data from Aitext does not automatically close or delete your WhatsApp Business Account, Meta Business Portfolio, Facebook account, Google account, or other third-party accounts. You must manage those accounts directly with the relevant provider.
